The attitude toward the cause and customers is nice
Cons
No HR, no clear pay rise system and abysmal salary. This company makes you work for absolute scraps outside of hours (including bank holidays and weekends), calling it an "incentive" even though you're paid less for the work than you would during a normal workday. Everyone on the lower level of the business is nice and friendly, but management is corrupt, full of nepotism and a clear lack of understanding of how the day to day job is, causing them to make decisions that impact others in a negative way. Massive crunch culture with no reward.
