Pros
Great people to work with, company really cares about its customers, nice offices, don't micromanage you, treat you as people with individual needs, very supportive of LGBTQIA+ which makes it a great environment to work in
Cons
No healthcare benefits - a company this size, with a sister company that owns hospitals should be able to offer this Pay isn't always fair and depends on your direct manager to decide on. I am lucky, I have an amazing boss but I have a colleague who has asked her managers for a pay review for almost two years and hasn't been given the opportunity to receive one despite new people joining their team on higher salaries with no experience in that field. So it seems the pay structure is very unfair for some.
