Getting paid to stand around and do nothing on site because there’s so many engineers on one job

Cons

Management literally non existent until they want to discipline you Felt like I didn’t have a real job I was just there to make up numbers and no one even needed my services I was just there because I had to be. No support from superiors. Sinking ship see you in 5 years with a different energy company. Management all ex British Gas which lack respect or empathy for staff they manage.

Extending probation The anxiety level in the workplace is overwhelming There is no diversity, the company just ticks diversity and lay them off later, VERY UNFAIR.
