Pros

Octopus Energy has the best culture around without having the need to write it all the walls. Everyone has autonomy in their work but also feel supported and part of a high performance team. Lots of room for growth and development from junior to senior levels.

Cons

Could do with some more dogs in the office

They do work to try and fix problems as they come up. If you are being recruited by a 'good' manager, it will be to your benefit.

Cons

There is little forward planning to prevent issues arising. Recruitment process is led by the hiring manager with little to no consistancy around the business. If you're being recruited by a 'not good' manager, you will likely have a difficult time and struggle for development/feedback
