      Friendly and welcoming colleagues Fresh and new ideas welcomed! Collaborative environment Excellent compensation Fast paced and ever changing (which I love) Everyone has a voice and you're listened to Snacks :)

      You need to be an autonomous self-starter - it's still a very start-up type of environment. That's not for everyone. But if you enjoy this, you'll thrive.

      - super team and welcome to the business so far - interview process was very positive, non corporate environment - big focus on your culture fit and way of working rather than unproductive questions such as strengths/weaknesses - the team gels extremely well & works collaboratively
