Fantastic organisation but can be better

Engagement days, on call rota and opportunities to develop. Feel like a team and always someone to talk to and discuss things with. Looking into upskilling and continued professional development. Slack and teams are great for contacting and reaching out for support , unlike in my previous company. Pleo and fuel card is a blessing and so convenient for parts, charging, cleaning the van and tools. Best company I've worked for so far so keep it up!

Cons

Salary at the moment is amongst the lowest in the industry, needs to reflect cost of living and increase like all the other companies. Please look into this so workers can feel appreciated and go above and beyond for our customers.

Pros

- free food, breakfast, lunch, and lots of snacks/ordering in for the team - hybrid scheme - straightforward job - offices are nice, heavy on inclusivity and diversity - good/lenient annual leave package - support around ordering tech if wfh - casual work dress code, you can wear whatever you want - work life balance is great

Cons

- career progression is difficult unless you push for it - salary does not reflect the level of work, should be paid £3-5k more, in fact I would argue we are VERY underpaid - some staff can come across as unprofessional - call it what it is: a call centre - high turnover rate due to low salary, difficult/no career progression

-flexible hours that you get to choose -amazing teams who’s always understanding. -great support from managers

Cons

- you have to play games occasionally which is my worst nightmare. But if that’s the worst thing I can say then the company is pretty great 😂
