Cons

Unreasonable and unrealistic pressure put on AM 's -expected to do everything and know everything Senior management have alot to answer for as they breed this culture (Area manager will do it) Very little support and now they about to introduce Air source when what they should do is fix the shambles called SOLAR before introducing yet another skill set Poorly paid with No bonus No process or direction Company has grown to quick but still operating on small scale back office - Worklife balance , they dont kniw the meaning of it worst place I've ever worked ,actively seeking employment elsewhere...

We know the Area Manager role can be demanding, and we’re actively working on ways to improve processes, balance workloads, and give clearer direction so our managers can focus on what they do best. When it comes to introducing new work streams, our aim is to provide thorough training and ensure these changes are rolled out in a way that supports our teams, rather than adding unnecessary pressure. We’re also reviewing things like training, pay structures and operational support so we can build a better day-to-day experience for everyone.
