It’s an exciting place to work, with a business that is always looking for better ways to give customers what they really want. Customers are genuinely at the heart of everything the company does, and there is a strong sense that everyone is working together as equals towards the same purpose.
Cons
Because it is a fast-moving and ambitious business, there are times when the pace can feel demanding, especially when working hard to meet internal deadlines. That said, this is not because the company drives people hard, it's more that individuals are ambitious, and naturally themselves to deliver their best.
