Supportive management and resources, but frequent changes hinder stability

This company generally has a good public image so customer interactions are generally pleasant and frictionless. They provide a good support system and plenty of resources to aid engineers in and outside of work. I am satisfied with the management and field coaches reliability, they give enough help and involvement but doesnt feel like they are breathing down your neck if you are hitting your targets. Flexible work schedule and opportunities to do overtime, reap bonuses and upskill
Cons
Constantly restructuring the workforce ( I am on my 5th manager in less than 2 years ) Constant changes to processes and proceedure, I was told that I would have the opportunity to train for EV during my initial interview, now im told that they are no longer providing EV upskilling due to engineers without certification. Low pay compared to industry average and sub contractors Disconnect between the expections of the work scheduling team and reality of the length of the job Very high completion rate targets
