Cons

Predatory work environment. Numerous instances where staff have harassed people at work. Many grievances have been raised about an older man in the credit department Experienced staff get given more work No measures to check that lazy staff are accountable for what is expected of them Inconsistency from management Low pay Overtime expectations without additional pay A lot of the management do not possess the basic skills of the credit/energy specialist role Lack of support for parents Incompetent staff do not get disciplinary action due to a management avoidance of paperwork
