Hi there, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm really happy to read you felt the training gave you good depth and knowledge, we take a lot of pride in making sure that our training gives people the best start here. I'm sorry to hear you felt that you experienced poor management. We look to put our team members first when making changes and adaptations. I can see you are a former employee with us but I would really love to dig into more detail as to what you felt wasn't going right with management and to get some more information in regards to the mention of favouritism, this will allow us to get a better understanding of where we can be better for the team. I will leave my email below so you can get in touch if you wish. The Friday meetings are a staple of Octopus and you are right, we do set an expectation of everyone being at the meetings in order to understand what is going on with the wider company. We feel it really adds value to the team and we try to make them as engaging as possible, which is why we finish slightly early on a Friday to be able to attend them. If you do have any more detailed feedback on the meetings we would love to get it from you so we can help improve the meetings in the future. Once again thank you for giving us feedback we really do appreciate it and I hope we can chat about how we can make things better for the future. Kind regards Jack Burge Operations Manager Email: jack.burge@octoenergy.com
