      Not so good anymore

      Is not a bad pay, free drinks on Fridays, nice office and flexible hours

      Cons

      Seams the quantity over quality came first. Does not matter how much experience you have or how long you work, does not matter you actually resolve issues. The most important thing is how many emails you sent and how many calls you take, even if you don't actually have any knowledge and do not resolve any issues, the queries should be resolved within your capacity eventually are passed to someone who will put their knowledge in place and have no recognition of doing so, while employees who have no knowledge or capacity taking all benefits of your work, a bit disgusting to be fair.
