The pay is incredibly low, the hours are ridiculous, the pressure to get everything done is a joke, the tools are cheap and shoddy, environment is toxic, managers are useless, everyone is throwing eachother under the bus and after they mass hired, they also made mass redundancy cutting labour down but expect install to be done quicker

- Cult like. - Sexual harassment is so prevalent yet gets ignored (including from sales managers), I was inappropriately touched and had comments made throughout my time. No action was taken. - Male dominated environment and they really do not care for women’s right (including your health) - Favouritism is huge! They pick out people based on how much they suck up and then help them do well. - Bullying from managers, they talk behind everyone’s back and think staff do not know. Then you are too scared to tell them anything as they will gossip about it. - Drinking culture. - No work progression, they work you like a dog and never actually give you a promotion (seen it happen so many times) - Unrealistic targets. - Watched good sales people suddenly get let go after one bad month. - Managers will give away your leads for no reason so you lose money (they “own” your leads) - They do not tell you what is going on or give you updates on what’s happening behind the scenes (they don’t know what’s going on themselves)
