      Flexible holiday allowance, regular office perks - food, drinks, socials etc. Supportive environment that listens to your needs and responds accordingly.

      Cons

      Can be a lot to take in for newbies, lots of plates to juggle and a relentless workload as phones, emails etc never cease or diminish.
