The whole recruitment process with Octopus Energy has by far been my favourite recruitment process I've taken part in. You get to meet various people from octopus along the way and each stage allows you to learn about the company in depth prior to starting with them. CV's are not looked at until the final stage and i think that's really interesting! Josh who initially contacted me about the role was very helpful when communicating each stage with me clearly. This allowed me to feel comfortable before each part of the process took place.
