Concerns completely dismissed by management and even given warnings for expressing these Team leaders used as scapegoats Unrealistic workload No training Daily changes to focusses and methods Unfair matrix scheme for pay rises Unclear messages around pay and focus on sales rather than the people doing the work to actually receive the money from customers

No clear progression path. No clear salary progression path. There is a need to pester managers/senior managers to get pay increases despite taking on more responsibility.
