Fantastic place to work, staff and management align for a majority of things. Incredible perks to the job, fair pay, decent commission structure and just generally a lovely place to work and be in the office for!

Cons

Nothing as of right now, there has been a lot of changes just due to our size and growth and this can be hard to get used to. But the team always put everything they can in place to help with this

Very fast paced, a seriously tech company, very big but still start up feeling. You see end to end processes. Very little use of consultants>>> Free snakkies

Cons

The start up feeling has also its downsides, no HR. High demanding, not for everybody
