      - Autonomy - Treated like an adult - Awesome benefits (free gym and therapy!!) - An amazing and friendly team to work with - Super inclusive and open to feedback

      - It's fast moving (so not for everyone) - Not everything is polished (but it's an amazing opportunity to help build)
