      Pros

      The office is as good as it gets; lots of friendly people, great amenities (free tea and coffee), snacks and healthy food options. Also great perks too!

      Cons

      Smaller teams tend not to be recognised as much, but things develop so quickly at the company that this can change. Being part of a small team actually creates a really tightly knit connections with great people. Lots of lateral movement opportunities, but not always opportunities for upward progression.

      Pros

      Great working culture with solid leadership team, fantastic colleagues, and a very capable product team. If you want to work for bunch of people with real faith in contributing to sustainability. This is the place for you.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels a bit too laid-back. If you are looking for a early stage startup, ,you might be a bit disappointed. Having said that, the company is very successful commercially in foreseeable future, there are still plenty opportunities to build.

      The company and the team are fully committed to disrupting a legacy industry through the use of technology and providing excellent customer experiences. It's a fast paced environment with a lot of change making it very exciting and never a dull moment. Employees are well looked after and there is a genuine commitment to providing a rewarding job environment.

      Cons

      As with any scale-up, it can be a bit hectic and uncertain at times.
