Love the mission and the products here, and the people make it even better. Offices are great, comp is solid, and the environment is collaborative and challenging in the best way. AI transformation is encouraged and celebrated.

As the company scales, some internal processes and systems are still catching up, and things can shift quickly as priorities evolve. It's actively improving and suits people who are adaptable, but it can be an adjustment if you prefer more stability.

Colleagues are super friendly, leaders are super supportive and company benefits are pretty great compared to others in HCMC.

Cons

The workload was very much and stressful. I was not complaining about that but it did make the inbalance in my life even though i'm still greatful for the time and experiences.
