      Always opportunities if you want to shine, pay quite well

      Cons

      Serious bias, prefer individual that love to outshine but does not know in depth knowledge. Value connection if you are close to higher management you got the chance be it you have very little experience or knowledge. Unfairness

      Pros

      Some good benefits, with the companies culture and facilities. Everything is on one site, banks, gym, supermarket, government facilities etc.. so no need to leave the campus.

      Cons

      Some very ambitious people and scrupulous characters running the company, beware jobs are never secure here and huge amounts of wasteful projects. The company is haemorrhaging money and costs are being cut everywhere as a result expected to do more work for less benefits and its all going overseas anyway. Used to be a heavy weight of the pharma industry but now more like TATA Constructions with misdirection and the typical snake charming of berated management.
