      Pros

      Very smart people Lots of people with high standards and ethics Good salary and benefits

      Cons

      Very political. Massive jobs cuts coming. The environment will be very unhealthy, for the whole 2022 and 2023. It will be "every man or himself", and already is. Large number of great talent is leaving the company, rushing through the door.

      1. Overall package is okay 2. Good working culture (depends on your reporting manager and associates) 3. Good exposure

      Cons

      1. You are just a peanut which can be dumped anytime whenever your contribution doesn't required by the organization anymore. 2. Too many people who know how to talk and do absolutely nothing.

      - in some teams work life balance is okay, in others its bad as ever - employee policy are good - leave structure is good

      Cons

      - no growth - salary is way too low for market standard - no collaboration between teams - no learning in technical stream - 3 month notice period, majority of time no one gets buyout! - not great leadership! they don't care at all. . then ask why people are leaving; high attrition could explain what's the actual situation - they act as if they want to help you, after you decide to leave and then when you don't change your mind, they make sure you get enough for taking that decision
