      Pros

      It's a quiet place to work. They feed you a lot of pizza. Pizza incentives instead of raises and promotions.

      Cons

      There are some concerns regarding the work environment that need to be addressed: Unequal treatment and favoritism seem to be prevalent issues. The workplace appears to lack racial diversity, particularly in the context of promotions and opportunities. There is a perception that deserving African American employees may not receive fair consideration for promotions. The professionalism of the supervisory and managerial team has been called into question. These matters warrant further attention and discussion for the betterment of the workplace.

      Pros

      Some benefits like pension contributions but other big pharma olds have smiliar options. All pros are not good then other top big pharma companies Maybe the only think is work life balance -

      Cons

      All ethical values are a lie ! HR always listen to managers. Your legal rights are not something they consider. They want you to be their slaves. They don’t respect your personal life and development outside of the company. They pay less but I believe also they pay emigrant less than citizens
