Pros

Nothing I can think about.

Cons

1, upper management never tell what's going to happen until last min such as Sandoz sell and new office location. 2, people in here either from other states or local fort worth or unemployment. 3, lots of overtime and not life/work balance in financial reporting group druing month-end. You have to stay even already finished your job. 4, Pharma team is very biased subject to favor white friends and fit with their culture. 5, no promotion/growth opportunities until you are managers. They have zero budget for training staff level. 6, high turnover rate in both Pharma and Alcon team, almost less than 2 years. 7, this place will be closed in 2019

Pros

If you are a girl ,you will be hired even if you know nothing ....WOW they hired 4 girls and 1 boys of total 54 shortlisted students, even though the 3 girls who were hired didn't cleared the test of the company , the management just struck off the name of 3 boys from the printed list who had cgpa of 7.5 and directly interviewed those 3 girls with cgpa of 8 .......and the eligibility criteria was 6.5... they don't value your time at all ... and selected the 4 shortlisted girls ..............and the words of the managment were like "we are are selecting the best we had ...". W**!! Standing ovation to the selection panel...

Cons

Your will regret why you went to go the exam of this stupid company...

Pros

Great company benefits and vacation package

Cons

Patient and Specialty Services division is a mess and has been since I started the past 3 years. Three different leaders with three different visions create chaos. No one trusts upper management as they dismantle the program and lay off nurses. They do not want to hear when patients are effected, basically a shut up mentality!
