      Located close. Good benefits. flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Poor leadership, harrass non degreed people. Poor HR dept. Lack of vision. Create a poor working enviroment. After employment was told they would inform. me to when med. & other benefits ended. I found out when I tried to fill prescription. Total lack of respect. Would not recommend this non caring company to my worst enemy.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with the best in the industry. You get complete ownership of the projects. Very good work life balance. Novartis actually cares for its employees, which is reflected in their policies.

      Cons

      This company provides a very good environment to grow. I can not think of any cons. New employees might find it difficult to adjust to the culture. You might feel that people socialize depending on the language they speak, but you can still join them.
