      Good company with opportunities for the right person

      Pros

      Salary, benefits, vacation time, opportunities for the right person. I have been here for over 6 years and have been able to develop a great career and learn/contribute at the same time.

      Cons

      Can be too political at times, decisions can take sometimes longer to be implemented. Promotions are sometimes given based on optics and ones ability to manage up vs. does the individual have the respect/confidence of his/her subordinates, peers and managers.

      great work culture flexi timings work from home facility employee friendly and employee centered facilities great trainings HR policies

      Cons

      work load can get overwhelming sometimes senior management needs to recognize associate's worth and allow their growth within the organization via lateral moves, which are widely advertised as a pro, but hardly ever take place in real Hiring of managers needs to eb looked into properly as it is them who drive the performance of a team

      Cons

      A lot of talk about innovation and integrity , however certainly not put into practice. Very poor communication from senior management to associates regarding work processes and expectations. Highly "customer " focused at cost of integrity, GCP and GPP.
