No proper solution is given to the problems that we face... Managers design our fate... If we are in good managers team... It's the best place to work... Else it's a hell.... No growth opportunities are given across...

Diverse and huge pipeline, great job security as well as benefits. Company has job security and a lot of tools available to move around.

Cons

Less autonomy due to big teams and a hiearchial team structure, inefficiences come in due to multiple approvals, systems keep changing, more training needed for systems
