      Pros

      Great salaries if you are lucky. Meaning you overwork yourself for that. Unbossed culture. In general the ones doing nothing are better paid.

      Cons

      Promised permanent work from home and now obliged the employees to accept hybrid ways of working without being ready for that( not enough desks).Nepotism.Unqualified managers being promoting for a simple fact that they are with their nose in the posterior of higher ups. "what can I do for you, I am so inspired by X 's words (a big boss usually). These individuals have the guts to tell you you are lacking the skills they will never build: you have no vision, no strategy when in fact the whole company's strategy has no logic.

      Large multinational with global reach and average salaries for the sector New culture (unbossed, inspired & curious) that on paper is a great thing

      Cons

      The culture is extremely political. Having worked in 3 other large pharma companies (all of them with their own politics) Novartis is the one that I found less human of all. They treat people like numbers, only caring about optimizing the bottom line and benefiting only those in the close circles of power that had decades in the company
