Northside truly cares about my well-being. The testimony is in the culture, compensation and benefits that Northside offers. Throughout my years with Northside I’ve had wonderful leaders to learn from. My compensation feels fair based on my experience and education. There are benefits to help with financials, health and emotional wellness. I feel a sense of pride when I’m able to say I work for Northside and hope I have many more years here.

Cons

Technology is a struggle anywhere. I feel like Northside could look at system consolidations or integrations to help technology run smoother or more efficient.
