I had a completely Positive experience while working at northside. I enjoyed my time with the company and working with each person in management and each of my coworkers.

Great pay, but no work/life balance

Great retirement/pension Competitive pay: the highest paying in Atlanta Friendly staff: the employees are what make this hospital great Beautiful facilities

Cons

No work life balance; you have to almost beg for time off. Managers micro-manage instead of lead. HR policies do not match the prestige that this hospital promotes. PTO policy and Maternity leave are not good. You have to use your PTO for holidays even if your department is closed. For a hospital that brags about delivering more babies than any other in the southeast, they have a terrible maternity leave policy.
