      Pros

      Northside is one of the few companies that offer a pension to its employees as well as an array of benefits. One of the many resources I find helpful is tuition reimbursement!

      I’ve been working in HR at this large healthcare system for over 14 years, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience.       I really don't have any cons that can be addressed. Traffic in Atlanta could always be better but nothing that Northside can do about that part.
