Pros

Teamwork, medication scanning to help prevent medication errors, rewards for excellent work and connections with patients, helpful charge nurses (night shift), admissions nurses

Cons

Often significantly understaffed (nurses often have six very heavy patients; leadership often asks nurses to work additional time/shifts to attempt to make up for short staffing), heavy patient load

Pros

NSH has been number one for the most deliveries within the country. They are equipped to provide excellent care to high risk labor patients.

Cons

NSH atlanta is very busy and they often have a high RN turn over rate.
