Northside Cherokee provides a very positive and uplifting work environment. Monthly meetings are especially helpful, as they offer valuable information and the flexibility to attend or listen online. Coworkers are supportive, and the overall atmosphere promotes teamwork and growth.

Cons

Wage increases are not consistently aligned with true performance, and evaluations for raises could be conducted more regularly to better reflect employees’ contributions.

Northside is a great place to work, I feel especially welcomed with the way the company commits to their employees through great benefits and the flexibility offered. I as a nursing student feel that work/life balance needs are being met and I am happy.
