Pros

The company offers great benefits such as maternity leave and a pension after 5 years of service!

Cons

If you want to be talked to any kind of way and in an unprofessional environment where leadership talks down to you and about others to you then join the team. The department does not align with the corporate goals and professionalism. Had I known I would have never applied! Save yourself the stress and heartache and avoid this position/department it’s extremely toxic.

Still provides a pension to employees.

Cons

Management obviously plays favorites. Rules do not apply to all. There are no consequences for actions, when events do happen management will never addresses the problem with those involved, just talk about them behind their backs to everyone else. The attitude of management is surly at best. If you are a hard worker you will work while others sit at the control desk talking and entertaining management.

Location, location, location! Many negative patient outcomes that the public is unaware of!

Cons

Management had no idea what goes on in the hospital, but don't try to tell them because you are labeled "a complainer! RN turnover must be up to 75%! Most of the staff was lazy, rude & unfriendly to coworkers,
