Not always working with a nurse and may be a patient care tech some days but this also helps gain you experience with taking care of multiple patients

Pros

Great team members over the years. Management is typical of any large healthcare system. Benefits are good. The 403. B match is low but the pension levels that out.

Cons

Northside has a lot of redundant paperwork. Staffing challenges as with everywhere.
