I like my co-workers and the pay is above average.

Cons

Atrocious managment. They treat nurses like cattle and there has been a lot of firing of nurses in their 60s.

Culture of growth and teamwork. Positive energy. I feel as if they truly try to hire the best. If the staff is happy the patients are happy!

Cons

Not all units are as well run as mine, but changes happen constantly, and usually they are for the best.
