Pros

Most people are happy to be here. This is a non profit institution so not as money hungry as other hospitals. Management is more laid back no micromanaging. Hospital is state of the art.

Cons

They could pay employees more. When comparing same positions at other hospitals, Northside always pays less.

Excellent, laid-back atmosphere. The RTs are pretty close-knit.

Cons

Not a lot of thought went into housing Respiratory staff, equipment, and supplies. Hopefully that will change when the new hospital is built.
