      Pros

      Great benefits, great pay! They are one if the few hospitals who are still offering annual raises and offer health benefits at an affordable price for families.

      Cons

      The benefits and the pay are all that Northside has to offer. If you go to HR with an issue, they break your trust. It is all about who you know if you want to advance. Many leadership positions are given to people with no experience what so ever! HR never handles complaints against a superior, they simply sweep it under the rug and tell you to suck it up. The atmosphere is not friendly but rather very tense and sometimes hostile!

      Poor scheduling/unable to self-schedule, high turnover, cattiness, management frequently unresponsive to worker concerns, what's a lunch break?
