Great coworkers, great training program for new grads!

Cons

Never aware of where you'll be working, as constantly being floated to other area than hired for. Orientation is extreme even for experienced nurses. Policies extensive and no nursing degree is needed as everything you do is spelled out for you in a manual you must follow.
