      Very good department manager and charge therapists

      Very short staffed since I've been working there the last 2 years. Pay is low for the amount of work.

      Pros

      Plenty of room for growth. Going through restructuring to step up their game in Atlanta's healthcare market. Cancer center is huge and they are in need of some great workers.

      Cons

      Difficult to enter the organization... you have to know someone. HR is not the best at staying in contact. They are trying to expand their educational clinical side.

      We certainly are in growth mode and expanding in many areas. We do value our employees and are working to implement more rewards/recognition programs that should roll out this year. We do appreciate the feedback.
