      Pros

      I was proud to work there. There truly is a "northside family of employees" I went to work everyday knowing I made a difference..until i didn't.

      Cons

      No room for growth.. radiology management not willing to hire from within. regards long term employees as liabilities not assets.

      Great Organization to Work For!

      Pros

      Day in and day out everyone you work with is striving to improve people's lives and well being. From Food Services and Healthcare to Environmental Services. Northside not only focuses on their customer's well being, but their employees as well. From excellent benefits packages to employee appreciation picnics and more.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Staffing ratios are fair. Team work is part of the culture. Northside offers tuition reimbursement up to 4,000 a year. The pay is very competitive. I can honestly say they give you all the resources (and more) you need to be successful within their company.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that employees are having to park off site and shuttle in. Traffic due to having to come inside the perimeter.
