Love my coworkers and management

I worked in the ER- loved everyone I worked with (for the most part). Northside does a great job with hiring and the management was very cool and easy to talk to. Never had any issues! For being in a stressful ER environment it really was nice to have fun and laugh with my coworkers. Even the nurses on the other floors were great. I would go back to Northside in a heartbeat (I changed industries)

You basically get the tiniest incremental percentage raise each year

Pros

Being new to the organization, staff at information desks and at every department I came into contact with during the interview / orientation process were extremely friendly and helpful. It has been a great introduction to the organization so far.

Cons

May be beneficial to arrive on campus with a few minutes to spare in case parking, traffic, or finding the appropriate office takes a little longer than anticipated.
