Pay and benefits were great! Large facility with well respected physicians

Cons

Hard to present ideas to management or others without being seen as incomptent if ideas were not well received. Very difficult to work with offsite contract coding especially with quality issues. A lot of pressure to have quality work when it was mostly out of the job's realm to enforce.

I truly believe that NH is a great place to work!

Pros

NH has some of the best physicians available. We are current with state of the art technology and continually growing with services and what we can offer our patients. The staff/leadership team are like my 2nd family making coming to work something I look forward to! There is a huge emphasis on providing the best patient care we can. Many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Parking can be challenging some days but it is free to employees and a new garage is currently under construction!
