I very much enjoy my role at Northside Hospital. I am given creative freedom, allowed to come up with new and innovative ideas to boost recruitment and very much enjoy the environment and chances to learn.

micromanagement, ineffective human resources, management who is not interested in your ideas but would rather just have silent bodies in place to complete the work in ways they choose
