Good work culture, good benefits, generally lovely place to work, if you like the subject matter.

Cons

Processes can be innumerable and impossible to keep up with. Management is either completely hands-off or overly micromanage-y.

Pros

Beautiful facility, lots of chances for community involvement, and most employees are very professional. The hospital is always expanding and great for lateral transfers, and opportunities for promotions.

Cons

Not enough parking for patients and employees.
