Great benefits, great people to work with, lots of employee/family support.

Cons

No bottles of water, no varieties of coffee, employees get crappie parking (far away and punished/threatened when rules are broken).

Great work life balance. This hospital really cares that their employees are happy.

Cons

For as much as we know that the hospital cares about the employees, they seem to miss the mark on the health insurance. The health insurance is much to be desired.
