Cons

I’d you are administration don’t bother. They do not pay non medical professionals enough to keep up with inflation. Salary increases are negligible.

The benefits are great and the work/life balance is incredible!

Cons

Some of the people in my specific office were not the greatest people so it made it a little less enjoyable but it wasn't terrible.
