Company growing, admin tries to please staff.

Cons

NS is a picky with money when it comes to requests from staff, like a new water cooler in a breakroom etc, but prides themselves on giving out candy and icecream randomly. There are some requests that would really help staff that seem ignored.

Overworked no breaks

Weekends off, vendor hosted lunches

Cons

Working 2 jobs, paid for one job. Expected to complete both jobs with no overtime. “Working lunch” common. Management expectations are not realistic. Therefore a great deal of turnover. If you take the job, you likely will be working somewhere else in a year. Take the job if you have to but dont stop looking for alternates. Leave as soon as you can. Bad culture there.
