Salaries: very competitive. Northside had purchased Georgia Cancer Specialists in 2013 which are now part of the Northside Cancer Institute.

Cons

It was hard transitioning from a small Physcian run company to hospital based one. All good in the end though. More job security.

I've gained a lot of experience from fellow co-workers. The majority of my coworkers are very nice and helpful.

Cons

There really isn't anyone following up on ensuring that everyone gets trained properly. I haven't had anyone check up on me or tell me if I'm doing a good job or if there are areas that I should improve on.
