Nokia is a technology leader with very innovative projects, good infrastructure of the laboratories, an excellent place for a professional interested in new technologies for communications. The salaries are aligned with country specific levels and there is a lot of attention for the people.

Cons

I wouldn't speak about disadvantages but things that Nokia could improve mainly in the area of the career development where the dynamics are really slow.

they never fired any employee you can plan retirement from this company you can get good amount while joining

Cons

appraisal is least in the market no appreciation for any work you have to be the part of politics any how you will be working under a person who is planning his retirement definitely learning is least as compared to other product based company donkeys and horses are same for them(only specific will get noticed) no visibility and 1-1 with manager fresher don't spoil your career by joining this organization
